Contact: [email protected]By commissioning artwork from me, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.---1. General InformationThese terms apply to all digital art commissions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.The Artist reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. (Which i do not offer!!)---2. Payment & PricingFull payment is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed.Prices are listed in [USD] and may vary depending on complexity.Accepted payment methods: [PayPal, cashapp, venmo]Once payment is received, your spot in the queue is secured.---3. Process & TurnaroundTurnaround time varies based on complexity and workload, typically [1–3 weeks].I will send progress updates at key stages (sketch, linework, color).You are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase; extra revisions may incur additional fees.---4. RevisionsMinor changes (color tweaks, small adjustments) are free within reason.
I am semi- color blind oranges and yellows can add will get mixed up along with other shades and colors. Please be patient!♡Major changes after the final version is delivered may require an additional fee. Small fixes dont apply.♡---5. Rights & UsageI retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it publicly and use it in my portfolio.The Client may:Use the commissioned piece for personal, non-commercial purposes (profile picture, wallpaper, character bio etc. ).Post the art online with proper credit (tagging and/or linking to my profile ♡).The Client may not:Alter, edit, or redistribute the artwork without permission.Claim the art as their own.Use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, advertising, NFTs) without purchasing a commercial license. You must notify me of your purchase of a commercial license, it helps me keep track and is greatly appreciated ♡---6. Refunds & CancellationsRefunds are available only if I have not started your commission.If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress made.No refunds are issued once the final artwork is delivered. Talk to me we can come up with a way to fix it, I don't bite. ♡♡---7. File DeliveryFinal artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format (PNG, JPEG) via email or ToyhouseNo physical items will be shipped.---8. Refusal & TerminationI reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.If a Client is abusive or uncooperative, the commission will be terminated, and a refund may be denied.---9.
